Hi, I’m Dave.

I know Estes Park because I live here—not because I memorized a visitor guide in the parking lot.

I moved to Estes Park in 2005 and have been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2012. I hike here, raised my family here, organize pool tournaments here, and understand that “close to town” can mean several very different things.

My job is to give you enough clear information to make a good decision. Sometimes that means finding the right property. Sometimes it means telling you why the charming cabin with the heroic driveway may not be your charming cabin.
